Is it just the hours or is it how much you make that's the problem?
I am back to full time because I was working PPT and another part time job and was not getting any paid time off with either, but if this is your only gig you can switch the hours how you want and I guess maybe you don't need the PTO.
PPT is 30 plus hours and with that you get the company life insurance and maybe LTDI? Not exactly sure, but it's better than part time anyway.
