Email screaming for help, they have stats and work that's due but nobody's available.
Maybe, think of it, MAYBE??? You should have scheduled people for that time frame. It's Monday, isn't there usually lots of work on Monday from over the weekend, or first thing Monday mornings???
Think about it, managers. Don't you have enough people scheduled for those hours? So it's our fault there's nobody on and available?? We can't see who's working, who's on line or scheduled, how much work there is on any given account, we dont know that. So dont send a screaming email that nobody's on, that's not our fault. Especially if it's not our/my scheduled hours.
