I get hungry every 3 hours and get like you with the sick feeling and sometimes lightheaded if I don't eat regularly. I started this thread with a joke but it somehow got on dieting and weight loss. I just think I'd probably weigh more if I didn't eat so frequently because I have read that you burn calories digesting food so it's better to eat more frequent smaller meals than one or two meals. I am trying to make my meals and snacks healthy foods instead of my nemesis cheesecake! I feel less hungry if I eat lots of high-fiber foods and protein early in the day.
