almost everywhere. Management just does not want to be involved. Cherry pickers always have a good excuse if they are challenged. You must chose whether you will play the game and sign out, etc., when the hard dictations come up or just plow through them. Before the sweatshop era, I always found it was more productive to just keep working rather than slow down, sign out, etc., but with the stringent and silly QA now, you are basically caught between a rock and a hard place.
