I worked for the absolutely best company in California for the same account for many years until the company was bought out by Acusis. Pay scale was lowered considerably, team leaders were difficult and upper management AWFUL! After giving it a couple of years I left and never looked back. They lost many clients when they bought out my original employer and many employees/contractors as well. Think long and hard.
