I just commented something just like this on another post! They panic when the numbers go up, and start letting everyone do "unlimited overtime" until they get the numbers down, and then by graveyard shift that I work, there's nothing left!! I would really LOVE to use my PTO for actually TIME OFF, instead of OOW hours for a change...doubt that will ever happen. Not just here though, I've been through it the last place I was at too! Just let everyone do an hour or so, not unlimited. Hell I have more to do than sit at work nonstop!
