yup, I remember the first time I had a 'times are changin' report, I had a patient whose name was clearly a man's and right away wondered why he was being dictated by an OB/GYN, and then she went on to dictate that the patient was going through an TAHBSO so he could complete his gender reassignment surgery. I've typed a few since, but have yet an actually gender reassignment operation though.
