I got pissed when a QA person (niece of owner, never an MT) let me know that "with a little bit of Googling" she found the word -- an obscure brand name of intervertebral cage, apparently now discontinued. Like I hadn't thought of Googling? Whoopdedo. I quit that job b/c I needed more time for school, but I was called and asked to come back. I said if I came back, one of my conditions was that the niece would not do my QA and the company agreed, but I ended up concentrating more on school.
This job is hard enough. Having to deal with hostility or attitude from the people who are supposed to help makes the whole endeavor just nasty.
