Two requests please. - JustMe

Visual acuity with correction right eye 20/80 -2 pinhole, 20/60 +2 autorefraction acuity 20/60; left eye with correction 20/40 -1 pinhole, 20/30 +2.

Please punctuate the above properly.  I'm unsure about it because I'm not very versed with ophthalmology.  Secondly, is this person saying autorefraction, autorefract or autorefractory when it comes to visual acuity?  The dictator says this A LOT but it's not very clear and I'm not really finding a clear answer when I look for it.

The only thing I'm certain of is when the dictator stops referring to the right eye and moves to the left eye.  The rest is a mystery to me!

Thanks in advance.
