to the height I need. Chair and floor and leg length do not match, but a mat-wrapped small box about maybe 2 inches high is perfect for me. Prevents sliding on carpet and on the smooth steel shelf the box/pedal rest on.
Maybe even a child's play mat, if it's the rubber/plastic kind similar to yoga mat or shelf liner. Maybe even an old bath mat.
