That's how my current job is. They hired me to do their transcription but asked me to help convert them to Dragon. It's been a HUGE headache and taken SO MUCH more time but they are determined. Even the transcription doesn't take me FT so they give me other work to make up my other hours. They say they will continue to do that so I can keep my job so I can't complain too much!
