I chose not to use Cloud Dictation - poor customer service

They were slow to respond to me, and when they did, they asked me for a company name. I told them it's just me working from home. It took them a week to set me up (they said they had never had it happen with them that someone did not have a company name). By the time they finally got me set up, I was with someone else. They advertised a great price, but I went with DictaSmart for outstanding customer service and quality recordings. This is for a small account and I buy the smallest package. It ends up costing me about 500 minutes every two months. I think the quality is worth it.
