Hi all, 

I work for a local cardiovascular clinic using EXT format with Nuance and found out around a month ago that the clinic is about to change over th EHR using Itelegan and NexGen. Since no one knows if we will be having a job after this system is implemented I was just wondering if anyone knows about this system, if we will have a job after this is put in place and if not if there are any decent companies out there that are hiring who use Nuance as that is what I am familiar with. I have 8 years of experience and I am sure I can learn a new system if need be.
