Dragon medical is for a lot of people cost prohibitive but I saw it as an investment and there's a learning period for it, anyways 180 is really good, you would be surprised how your brain can get used to 200, I slowed it down to 150 when I had to. Seriously grab that list macro, it's a time savor, if you want further ideas look at my other posts and read in between the lines. Get really creative with the macros, if you can think of something for it to do someone can program that. A lot depends on how desperate you are to make money, it forced me to get creative.
