When the account I was on was completely offshored, the transcriptionists were moved to another account. My best guess is that if he is the worst on the account, there have been complaints about quality forcing the 100% review. I would blank the **** out of his reports, anything remotely questionable, and not leave yourself open. If you keep your QA scores up, you will likely be fine.
