You won't make that much as an MT. I do know a couple of medical coders who make that much though, and apparently the conditions are really good and the employers are great. That doesn't happen in MT. One of those coders has only been coding for a little bit more than a year, so you don't have to be there forever before you start seeing a really good income, with benefits.
