To QA/QC - Do you listen to entire report if you are - either QAing or QCing Posted: Jul 20th, 2015 - 7:34 pm
a report? Or just filling in the blanks. The reason I wonder is because often the dictator will say to go back and change something, such as a medication dose, further up in the report and, if entire report is not listened to, you might mark it incorrect? Just wondering.....
