MModal is so full of BS, if they ever exploded we would be knee deep in the stuff. We have to wear hip waders just to show up for work. Want 99.8% quality from us, but then churn out emails full of stupid mistakes and tons of spelling errors. Want me to know you are mad....send out those emails with all caps and RED letters.
