I was a transcriptionist for 14 years (even had my own clients), then "retired" for 10 to help my son with developmental difficulties. I have recently started back to work as an MT PT and then do other work the rest of the time. They have had me set up Dragon for their doc so my MT work will continue to decrease. I'm making $15/hr and after a year will get benefits.
I am considering trying to work from home again due to some personal circumstances. Not really sure where the field is overall. Any companies worth working for? Is my current job the better option than working at home with regards to pay, etc?
