Would you consider working for an employer who recruits using e-mail lists. As far as outing money aside - I'm not a coder but I save some money every payday and make a 401k contribution. I purchased a new car and took a vacation. Coders are not the only ones who do well but the rest of us don't need to gloat about it. Lord it's hard to be humble.
