You don't want to work for Nuance. It's bad here. The pay is ridiculously low. Also, there are at least 2 different pay grids depending on which platform you work on. Bayscribe/FutureNet pay grid is the least lucrative to my knowledge. If you have absolutely perfect QA, QC less than 10% and average more than 300 lph, you can make 10.5 cpl. The people doing your QA are offshore. If on that grid you are perfect and all that but type less than 150 lph, you will make 8 cpl. If you go under 99% QA and less than 150 lph, you will be at 7.5 (or 7, I forget).
The QA system is ridiculous. Being QA'd offshore is a slap in the face and none of us buy the "random" bit. Go anywhere else.
