Hospital position being outsourced to Nuance - tlz

I've worked in the field for 20 years. My current editing position at a hospital in my state just outsourced all our home-based jobs to Nuance. Still in early stages of transition but going from 19.35/hr to cpl. Does anyone have information on employment with Nuance, good or bad?
