I am doing a cardiology consult and throughout the report the doctor is saying clearly "rhabdomyositis" I cannot find it documented anywhere. What do you think? It is in the context of the sentence he stated: but appears to be a skeletal muscle "rhabdomyositis" type pattern? ...

I have no idea what it is in reference to. Some of the surrounding sentences are He describes hypogeusia without frank dysgeusia. He reports an increased frequency of stool. He complains also of _____. He notes that he has myalgias that are confined to his trunk. No arthralgias and no peripheral myalgias. I hope that helps. I'm just lost on this one. ...

Have been on E5 for a year and unable maintain 186 lph. This is the first time in my 20+ years as an MT that it has been so hard to reach the required lines.
