Start finocobolum solution 100 mcgs once a day for 5 days, once a week for 4 week weeks, and once a month 30 days

what condition is the prescription for? - Newbie

I would not put an "s" after "mcg".

Can you provide context for the med, such as admitting diagnoses, medical history, etc? Does it sound like a kind of chemotherapy? If so, there are several good online sources for that info.

Re: dosing abbreviation, if its micgrograms, it's "mcg" whether 1 mcg or 100 mcg.

I have a thickly accented ESL who has just started dictating dialysis notes for our facility. Nuance needs to INSIST that the facilities INSIST that their dictators NOT dictate on cell phones or speaker phones or head sets with the mouth piece halfway down the larynx.
