i look up the word crossage*, no such a word in the dictionary. is this correct? please help. thanks in advance!

Is this an echocardiogram? He is injecting agitated saline into the bloodstream so that they can see more definition in the blood flow through the heart.

There is no word "crossage." How about "passage?" Passage of contrast through a hole?

Is this an ESL? Maybe he IS saying crossage intending to mean crossing or passage.

It is really very helpful to provide the material surrounding the problem area. That is what we are asking for when we ask you to provide the sentence. Maybe we can't get the one word you need, but we could figure it out if we had what goes before and after.

In this case, it would help to have a clue what this is and what they are looking for.

Hello! :) I'm working on a radiology report, and the sentence in question is this: "TECHNICAL FACTORS: Sagittal T1, axial FLAIR, PD and T2, as well as (brief) contrast T1." My question is the word in parentheses. The Dr. barely enunciates the word in question. The best I can make out sounds like either "free" or "brief."
