PEEK stands for polyetheretherketone cage.

If you put "Stryker peek cage" into Google, you'll see that the first word of the first hit is ] "polyether ether ketone"
I also got a good result by googling "peek wiki"
"peek stryker" will give you the Stryker website, where you'll see that they use all caps.
All of these are probably faster than posting.

On the ASR reports, how do you ALL CAPS a sentence?
Here's the deal . . . Say under allergies, the MD dictates no known drug allergies. What I do is hilite the sentence and then Control, Shift, A. After I do that, the sentences comes out No Known Drug Allergies (initial caps only). Then I have to do the Control, Shift, A again and it will switch to ALL CAPS.

MS WORD HELP. Will Not Begin Sentence With First Letter In All Caps Anymore, Also The Letter " Dec 20, 2009A few weeks ago, for no reason that I can find, I cannot get the first letter of a sentence to be in all caps automatically, (unless I do it manually.) The same for the letter " I " by itself when typed. It was always automatic and now all of a sudden it is doing this and I cannot figure out how to change it back. Has anybody else had this problem, if so, how did you fix it?
