What is the current proper form for height when the doc says "height five-five?" I am so paranoid about everything now with MQ.

I use 5 feet 5 inches. We are NOT to use 5' 5". For weight, I don't add the word 'pounds' if not dictated.

Yea, but at the end of the day, don't you feel more like 2 inches? LOL So you're good to go.

So since I started with this new company, they have implemented capitalizing things like "I am sending the patient to Neurology". The patient will follow up with Cardiology. Now, is it just me, or are these NOT proper names and therefore shouldn't be capitalized, or is this a new rule that I have missed somewhere?
