Thank so much in advance!

The beginning is definitely it. The ending though she is saying "phene" - maybe a mispronunciation? The patient does have a fatty liver so it would make sense to take ithis medication.
What do you do in this situation?
Thanks again for your help!
Michele

in this situation it really depends on who you work for? I subcontract, and am not bound by an MTSO's strenuous scrutiny lol.. so personally I would leave a blank and ask a fellow MT. But if it clearly sounds like she is saying "phene" at the end, I'm not certain it wouldn't get sent to the doc for review.
It is likely a mispronunciation. I searched my EDR and that is the only drug that is relatively close. The only other thing I can think would be phenylephrine... which is another cold prep. :/
"microniazid." The doctor is very clear, I have searched for this for over an hour because I swear I have seen it or something close to it before.
Any would would be greatly, GREATLY appreciated!!

Hi! I'm trying to find the correct word here. It's an Indian dictator and it sounds like "Mytenex". I wondered if it could be "Mycenex", but the "t" sound is pretty clear. I looked up the variants I could think of, but am not having any luck so far. Any ideas? The patient has a list of 10 diagnoses, so I'm not sure if I need to list them here? Thanks for any suggestions! ...
