Doc says "Inter utero spinal cord injury"? I cannot find interutero or intrautero spinal cord anything in my ref material? Any ideas?

Within the uterus.

It couldn't be "inter" (between) utero unless the patient had more than one uterus. Wouldn't that be a hassle! :)

That's the rub .. the patient is a boy .. but he clearly said and pronounced it out "intra utero"

He can be a boy - it's not the child's uterus...sm - elaine

The child and his spine are both inside the mother's uterus: Thus, intra-utero.

Is this a pregnant woman you are typing on, is this a child already here and if so what age. This could be some type of injury in utero while the mother is pregnant but sounds sort of odd. I have spent years doing this and have never had a report describing an injury to the spine during ongoing pregnancy.
