Cord or chords - emma

I got a "critical error" for vocal CORDS. QA corrected to CHORDS. I sent her an email, telling her that never in all my days have I seen it CHORDS. I looked it up also.

Has anyone ever seen it "CHORDS"? (my confidence is shaken by the ding)

Write back to QA and politely request documentation for that usage of the word chord. Tell them you want to make sure you remember the correct way to spell VOCAL CORDS ;-)

I googled "vocal chords" and this part of what Wikipedia had to say:
