Correct way to type Co Q-10? - Eva

I find all sorts of ways to type this in the I-net, and I have it in an old expander as Co Q-10, but spellcheck suggests CoQ 10 - which places the 10 on the next line - does anyone know for sure how this is typed? Thanks...

do you do when spellcheck doesn't like a foreign name? Keep fiddling with the spelling until you find something that spellcheck likes, maybe Smith?

Spellcheck is not law. It is a tool with its own limitations. It doesn't recognize a lot of specialized terminology. You have to apply the effort yourself to determine the correct spelling yourself and add terms to your spellcheck dictionary.

I look for a picture of the bottle on the internet and use that. The odds of it being misspelled on the bottle of the actual med itself are pretty darn slim.

It is written in the patient's chart as "carbevo." I know it is for Parkinson disease. Carbidopa and levodopa. I googled it and found carb/levo. I'm not sure if I should type it that way or type it out completely. The doctor is pronouncing it as "carbevo" also. Any information would be helpful. Thanks! ...
