Attachments at the "epi clo is seas" to the uterus. - ??

The uterus was approximately 24 cm and was densely adherent to the left pelvic sidewall. The left colon had a few small attachments at the "epi clo is seas" to the uterus. The tumor invaded more than 60% of the bladder. A radical hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy were performed.

...duplex studies that were done on him confirming proximal disease and I think he probably has distal disease and runoff diseaese to go with it. He is a known diabetic, was a heavy smoker and so I would expect "distalces" to be quite advanced. This is a very clear-speaking doctor...not foreign, so it could not be "this disease"... ...
