A carbos diet for gestational diabetes? - TK

This patient has gestational diabetes and the doc has put her on s/l "A Carbos" 25 mg t.i.d. The whole sentence is as follows:
I have gone ahead and started her on a carbos 25 mg three times a day to address her postprandial hyperglycemia.
Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Or maybe they have to have lived entirely through the last day to be rolled over to 38-0/7 weeks? Just not sure if I should flag this or there is some way of counting the actual last day of the week so that it is 7/7 (like the 7th day of the week), until the next day? ...
