How do you write (100s to 1 teens)/60-70?

100s to 110s/60 to 70. - NM

I would type it just as you have because he is not giving you an actual number so you can't guess. The only thing I would change is: 100s to 1 teens/60 to 70 so as not to have those slashes and dashes all together like that, makes for better reading (that's funny considering how he said the thing, but since he was stupid enough to say it that way, I'm not sure there is any way you can clean that up but just type what the doc said.

I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times before, but it's the first time I've run across it. "Patient had a pulse rate in the 1-teens." Everything I try looks odd, and I'm not really sure what's correct. Any help greatly appreciated. ...
