EXText - A decent VR program

Does anyone have any recommendations on companies with accounts that use ExText--and have decent tech support? Yeah, I know, I' asking for the moon. But I've been sitting here screaming for hours now bc the techs and managers for the umpteenth time have left me dead in the water and don't care. Hi, I seem to struggle with line counts (a few years into MTing). Some accounts I am fine with and some very slow. Okay, so today if I did 1320 lines and sent 93 lines to QA, which was only 2 reports all day. Wow it adds up fast! This is more than 5% for today (not sure exactly what % but I'm sure it's over 5%). I'm pretty sure this is an average day. So, I'm still confused about how much we get docked.....will I get paid 3 cents less a line for EVERY line starting when I first go over 5% in any given week, which will be the FIRST day? I've recently started using ExText, and I like it, except for one thing - I find that it is very tedious to rewind or FF to a particular spot in the dictation. Is there any way to go right to the spot? I've worked on platforms where you grabbed an arrow and dragged it to the spot you wanted in the recording (by that I mean, a given minute and second), but I can't find a way to do that with ExText. I've worked on, and most days it doesn't seem horrible, but I keep making the same corrections over and over and over again for the same dictators and it never learns. Also it will leave out an entire sentence or several words in a sentence, even on dream dictators.
