Chartnet VR and Instant Text Commands

I'm having trouble getting Instant Text Pro 7 to work with ChartNet. It worked beautifully when I used Pro V but 7 doesn't expand some works correctly - it seems to leave out vowels - for example neurovascularly intact comes out of Pro 7 as nascularly intact, left-hand side comes out as l-hand side and a simple word like basketball comes out as btball. How do I get this to work correctly with CN? It works fine in Word. Thanks. ...
