Four of them are fantastic, but the fifth one is problematic. He doesn't dictate the entire report, but rather wants the MT to copy and paste from old reports. It's no longer being sold other than on E-bay from Korea ;) I have heard good things about both the Logitech h540 and the Spectra USB Transcription Headset, two totally different styles.
