I just started a new job. I will be typing EKG reports. I have to print the EKG interpretation on the EKG paper, which needs to be vertical on the paper at the top so I don't print over the EKG part. How do I set up through Word to print it to come out on the side since the paper goes in like a regular?
Also, I need to make signature blocks at the bottom of letters. Instead of typing the same thing over and over, how can I make this so I type a couple letters and get it to just type out.
Sorry, I am not used to this newer version. I always worked in older versions, and I just can't figure it out.
Thanks,
Linda
Not 100% sure on the first, but could you set it up to print in lanscape instead of portrait? When you go to print, go into the properties of your printer and change it to landscape.
On the second question, you can type out what you want, highlight it all, click on the Office button on the top right, select Word options on the bottom (or press Alt+F, I) go to Proofing. Select Auto Correct Options, then type whatever letters you want to type to get your sig block, then select ok.
