Muffled voice when transcribing

Over the past four months I have been hired by companies ***** after passing all the necessary tests and background checks as a medical transcriptionist. Each and every time I was offered $ 0.9/line, told I would have very little voice recognition if any which, would pay anywhere from $0.3 to 0.5/line. I was wondering, is anybody making any money at all on voice? I keep hearing just minimum or maybe a little more. I call minimum wage 7.50 to 8.00 an hour. My experience with it was at one point I was told that I hadn't made enough for minimum and they had to do make-up pay. So how is everybody's experience with voice? This might be considered controversial, but has any MT out there used a VR program to "transcribe" dictation instead of actually using a keyboard to transcribe? I just did that. I was just so tired that I just transcribed a whole 4 minute job while doing what I think was sleeping. If felt good so it must have been some kind of sleep. I was terminated because QA gave me a 97% on 3 reports and I have now received a $510.00 unemployment check. I make more on unemployment than I did working for MQ.
