Changing font in Editscript???

I know I probably should know this, but I can't figure out how to change the font in Word so that it will come up with the same font everytime it is open. I have an account that needs 11 and mine is 12, so I have to change it for each report and once in a while I forget and, of course, QA jumps on me for that. Does anyone know if there is any difference in EditScript MT 9 and EditScript MT 9.12? If there is, how can we update this? It seems that my new place of employments line counting is not the same as my old place of employment.
