Platforms on the computer, does anyone know?

I have 1 desktop computer that I'm using now as an IC for one company. Is it possible to run another platform for another company on it as well? I really do NOT want to use my personal laptop for work if I don't have to. Cause, it's got all my "personal" stuff on there. ...
