Look how "excited" we are Nuance. Transparent? Nope, not even to somebody with a calculus degree. Your insult to our intelligence is the final slap in the face. Let the Indians do it. OH WAIT, that was your intention all along. Good luck with that, karma's about to bite you good.

the MT? They're a business, and in the business to make money. Every decision they've made in the past benefits them, not the MT. I'm glad some of the MTs who can figure out the math posted below, because I think they're depending on MTs being confused enough by this convoluted pay scale to "wait and see."

Even my 26-year-old son first thing said it sounds like a scam. I was hoping it would be better for us, I was really ready to quit and there was a glimmer of hope that we might actually make something like we used to in the past. But now I am realizing they are just doing this so they can hire more QA people, probably from India, to scrutinize our reports much more than they already were. They want us to type fast, but they want to scrutinize every if, an and but that we type. This is just an excuse to hire more non-MTs and more QA, office workers, etc, to probably sit there and make 10 or more an hour while we are slave laboring our fingers to death to try to make that.

I like the way they tried to make it sound so good. And by the time all these calculations are done we will be getting less. I'm done with it.

I had my son who has a Master's Degree in math take a look at the 7-page explanation of the new compensation plan. He said it is "very confusing." What the H*** ? I'm really trying to understand and have an open mind but not even a math expert can understand it. Really? I'm at a loss.

Who said anything about them closing? I could give a rat's ass if they do or don't. All I know is I won't be participating in their "exciting" new compensation plan that nobody can figure out in all its transparency.

Anyone else feel this way??? I have entered "pama" as my shortcut for parotid mass; but also I transcribe the phrase "palpable mass", and would logically use "pama" for that. What is a good way in general to handle phrases that would use the same shortcut? Also, specifically for these two phrases, what would you use? Should "2-cm" be hyphenated? I know if it was just 2-cm mass it would be. In this case, 4 x 2 x 2 is still describing "mass" but it does not look right this way 4 x 2 x 2-cm mass. Ugh, it should still be hyphenated, huh? Anyone? ...
