Other than the stress from worrying about money,I can not believe how good it feels to have the giant elephant of stress off of my back. I just had an interview with the people from unemployment. Of course, I think Nuance is trying to fight me getting anything. Thank God my husband was very supportive and saw how Nuance and FIESA were eating me from the inside out! I have been filling out applications and have been on only one interview so far. PLEASE, PLEASE, Don't be foolish like me. Document everything. Like I said, I was immediately locked out of my emails, out of looking at my time card, etc. I had about 23 hours of PTO, what happens to that? I'm sure they aren't giving it to me? So, if you are contemplating leaving or they are threatening you, PRINT OUT anything. I was very foolish, naive, lazy,etc! I have huge regrets now! So please, just remember to cover your rear! Good luck to you all. I wish we could all go back to the way things were when we were respected and made a decent wage! I remember my first employer when I started at home. At Christmas time she had a driver deliver a small tray full of candy with a Santa figurine in the middle with a bonus check stuffed in it! Sigh....

I just found out yesterday I got locked out of time card - and Inscribe. Sent an email to manager SM

and of course, no response. So, I can only assume I've been fired based on that alone. Locked out of those features meaning I tried to log in several times and each time got an error message.

No important emails in there, haven't been there long enough to really make a difference, but it's just another example of how sh..ty people are treated by this company and its people. Shouldn't come as a surprise, but I thought at least I'd get some sort of response from the manager when I asked her why locked out. *shrug... oh well, whatever...

What is your "crime"? Why were you fired? If they're going to do this to anyone below 99% accuracy they'll be sending it all to India and hoping for the best. GOOD GRIEF!

No need to start a frenzy over nothing.

My post was simply an example of how badly this company treats people and anyone working there or thinking of working there needs to be very aware of this fact and not be surprised when something happens.

Not even professionalism or courtesy from the manager to respond to my email inquiry, and I certainly dont even expect a letter from the company. I would assume that may have been in their email, which I never even bothered to look at in the first place. But then again, how could I see any type of company email notification if I discovered I'd been locked out without warning. Checked the Enrich site yesterday out of curiosity - same thing, cant get in. Sent a password recovery request, LOL, and no response there either.

Again, as 7th child said, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING to cover your A. Make copies, take screenshots with digital cameras, upload things on a removable flash drive, and so on.

You've only yourself to blame if you don't take those small steps to protect yourself because any one of you could be terminated for whatever reason at any time without explanation or valid reason. Then there you sit with nothing to protect yourself.

pay you your PTO but has a certain amount of TIME in which to do it or they will have to pay you MORE. I can't remember the time frame that they have, but I'm sure it's less than 2 weeks. Also, they can fight all they WANT to, you will get your unemployment--don't give up. Unless you did something like steal from them or the like you will get it. The most they can do is hope that give up trying. There really is no reason to care that you got locked out of your email.

When the Department of Labor finally gets around to calling my name (and yes, I have already made my phone call to them, have you)?, I will have a lot to turn over to them. (Or some class-action lawyer, whatever). I am documenting all of my out of work situations and all bogus Fiesa notifications and screen prints of the Fiesa pages. Costs me my own ink and paper, but the back pay check someday (hopefully) will make it worthwhile. It is the only hope I have left to hang onto.

Five years from now, maybe 10 before I can retire and forget about it, I will use it to start fires in my fireplace and smile that I am finally free of this place.

Occasionally, I cut and paste an address of a physician into a letter document, and it pastes with a different font than my letter. I have to highlight that portion and change whatever I pasted in my document to the correct font. Is there a way to make that faster? Slows me down. TIA - Janet ...

I wrote a letter to my boss, and now every time I open Word, the letter appears. I never saved it. I tried erasing it and saving it as a blank document, but nothing works. It still keeps popping up. I restarted my computer but still. In order to type a new document, I have to erase the letter and type what I need and save it as something else. Please help! It's driving me insane! ...

I have to type the stupid job, req @, id etc in word off the DVI, then I have to enter the same stuff into Meditech and keep losing the notepad and keep having to click back on it to type in the doctor id and time.... there has got to be an easier way to keep the notepad or something on the screen so I look at it while I'm entering the information. ...

Don't know if that is a possible feature in MS Word. I'm typing a document and it doesn't scroll. Next thing I know I'm looking down at the bottom of my monitor then using the mouse to move it up. I've been using EditScript for less than a year.. It's been working fine for me, but I must have just hit something wrong now because with each new document that comes up, a Navigation vertical window pops up on the left side of the screen, so I need to X out of it. It says "Navigation" at the top of the window, and below that is a "Search Document" box, etc. Can someone please tell me how to set that so that it doesn't open up anymore with each document?
