Would've been a lot smarter and cheaper for them to just pay us fair, stop the monekying with our FIESA scores to screw us out of more money, not to mention it would be the honorable thing to do.

Some will say this will send our jobs overseas - they're going to India anyway. Wait till the TSMs are left with no one to "monitor", and the Indians cannot do what we do -- waiting patiently for the whole damn thing to collapse. Won't be the first time a company went down in flames because of poor business practices/choices and plain stupidity. Can you say "Solyndra"?

Someone asked to explain what antitrust means.
