I just checked the accuracy of one of our best ESL dictators after editing. He has 28% accuracy. Total words: 350. Total errors: 64 (words and punctuation). This was a full page of report. An example....VR work, hospital policy is dates in numeric, so doctor dictates June 22, VR types June 22, but we have to change this to 06/22.
