The next time I get an error for something that VR should definitely know simply by having "learned" after 5 years of MTs "teaching it" by changing it to the correct term, I am going to request a reversal and fight it to get removed from me when VR consistently gets it wrong and DOES NOT LEARN. Why should I get the error which affects my pay when their program can't get it right after 5000 corrections?
Similarly, recently I got a major error because the doctor on my 5th account (not my primary, secondary, etc, but my 5th account that I rarely work) whose name was mentioned in the report had only 1 N in the middle of his last name, not the 2 that VR put (which looked entirely appropriate by the way), yet I get a major error because VR can't recognize which doctors go with whatever clients. I was supposed to look it up to be certain of the spelling, as if the other medical professionals who might actually see that report might not know which doctor it meant - we're not talking Mayo Clinic here, we're talking small town hospital.
Absolutely insane! (Me, that is, for continually accepting these errors snd staying at N.) Retirement age, hurry and get here, you're so close!!
