To sending in that 2 week notice. I have only had 3 short reports audited lastweek at less than 100 lines total (last week I had over 300 lines audited). Two reports were 100%. The third, I missed a hyphen on the name of a scope and did not correct a was and were so am noat 99.05%. I keep telling myself I just want to make it to May 21st but I am not sure if I am just lying to myself about that any more. Do I really want to make it until May 21st? I am not so sure anymore.

Lately, it seems like they are hunting for errors. I am tired of these 20 line reports being picked apart. How about the numerous 100+ line reports that I have done. I don't think I can make it another week here. This company is dirty in what they are doing and what angers me is there is no way to prove whether we did change something and this crap software isn't changing what we edit. I am getting out of here if it kills me. I have never hated a company like I do this one!!

It will be the last day of school for my kids and will help me to sock a way a little bit more money although it means me holding on for another 11 weeks which seems a bit depressing at this point.

I cannot even remember if Nuance does anything. Over the years I donated many things with the Spheris emblem to charity. I cannot remember which company I worked for that had a bunch of stupid games and a select few would win a gift card. The other thing is that sometime in May my Shorthand license expires, making it fitting too.

Depending on your productivity, Nuance doesn't care about a 2-week notice. Right after you submit one, they might reply by saying they accept it immediately, so plan carefully about the timing. Best wishes!!!

It will be because that is the professional standard I require of myself but it will also mean that I am mentally through with it all so if they cut me off earlier than expected during that time period, it will not be a great loss to me.

Question: What happens when you state time after time that you do not want to put in a notice - you simply what to stay with the days/hours you were hired for many years ago? Answer: They put in the "resignation" for you, insinuating that you quit.

I've been socking away a little bit here and there for a while now and I am getting so close to having the tuition. It's amazing how the little changes can add up to so much savings. It has been inconvenient, and maybe a bit confusing at times, to check my time card hours for my shift as, because of my time zone, part of my hours show up on the next day because I work 2nd shift. Does anyone care to share that if you are hired at optiscript part time will they let you change to full time easily? I know they are a small company and do not over hire so I do not know how easily this could be done.
