Does anyone actually read TSM daily updates? - Seriously

I get sometimes up to 6-8 emails from my various TSMs on a daily basis with their "status/OTAT reports" constantly asking up to make it a "great day" and really work hard to get reports moving in my various accounts. Does anyone seriously read these things? Do they think we AREN'T working as hard or as fast we plan to? Exactly what incentive is there to put in any more effort than the status quo? And in this current environment of low pay, slashed pay, etc, does anyone really give a rat's behind whether the accounts are backed up or not?!?!?

I don't work any faster...actually, since I feel unappreciated, I work slower.
I cannot stand to read those emails. I skim through for the info I am looking for and that is it.

The more than 10% to QC is what makes me care the least. Last shift I worked, I had horrible ESL after horrible ESL and had to send a few to QC because they are incomprehensible--how is that my fault.
Don't get me wrong, I turn out quality work, but I get difficult ESL dictators and I have no blank accounts.
By the way, why don't we see everyone's scores on a weekly scorecard any longer? I know get a separate email that has only my scores...with a copied, repeated explanation of my results.

If the voice is extremely garbled or impossible to understand for whatever reason, don't send in as blanks... send in as audio/voice quality. that is what our TSM instructed us to do.

Yes, unappreciated is the key word. Whereas they send emails thanking MTs for all we do and that our work is important to patient care, thanks, thanks, thanks for nothing is what they're really saying, since their pay is pittance. That said, I personally make more now with the new pay game. (That's because I previously was only making 7.5/3.75 before as opposed to some of you on this forum who apparently made more.) But I heard there's another new pay plan soon.? Haven't gotten informed on that yet, but heard from this forum. I guess they can't let anyone or least not a handful make beyond minimum wage.

On Tuesdays they typically send out Microsoft updates which are usually to see if you have any kind of virus on your computer.
