Many posts on this convoluted mess called a compensation plan. Here are my positives:
1) I don't have to notify payroll if they posted more lines than I should have gotten. I have no clue how many compensated lines I should be given.
2) I don't have to notify payroll if they overpaid me. I will never know.
3) I will know where all the food banks are and every other means of help with utilities, etc.
Now, here's my negative after doing the actual math:
1) I am losing $350 per paycheck, $700 per month.
2) Because they moved this up and I have 2 paychecks until the year end, I'll need to send HSA money out of my checkbook because I'm not getting paid enough to cover my HSA deduction. (Can't change your election until the new benefit enrollment cycle).
3) As a women beginning my working life in the 70s when women didn't get paid enough to move away from parents' home, I'm ending my working life not getting paid enough to live in a home.
This company will eventually implode from lost accounts due to lack of employees to keep up with the volume.
