Today I was informed that I will be set up with a peformance audit next week because my QA score "dropped to 97.6%." I have consistently maintained an average of 99% and now all of a sudden I'm down to this absymal number??? I've been getting crappy dictators lately, more than I ever did before. It's almost like they're trying to get rid of me. Yes, this company thrives on making its employees paranoid. I was going to turn in my retirement notice next month, but I'm sure tempted to turn it in now. My stomach is all tied up in knots, I have a headache, etc., etc. Sorry for the rant, but I had to get this off my chest.

I'm sorry that you're having to deal with this. But with your retirement being planned for the very near term future, you ARE in the driver's seat here. Maybe the very tepid 'rant' relieved some of the discomfort.

I have 9 years to go. I actually switched to a smaller company recently and make less than minimum wage, but at least there is no FIESA. Oh, how I hated it, lol!

Nuance is the worst company ever - No common sense

They devalue the people who bring in the money to the company with this idiot program called of all things FIESA. Why don't they call it what it is - Finding How To Undermine Nuance MTs instead of a misspelled Latino holiday. If you consistently get high QA why make an issue of a low score and not consider it may be the dictation?

Wish I could retire from this idiot company but unfortunately I cannot afford to retire for so many reasons.

I would love to QA the company managers for all the things they do wrong including but not limited to how wrong it is to not appreciate the efforts made by the MTs who do the work to bring money into the company instead of the idiots at the top who created FIESA.

I just went back and reviewed my pay statements for the year so far, and my "pay" has dropped by over $300 a month. I am so outta here next month. My SS check will be more than what I'm making here now.

I would not waste my time at Nuance. They have lost many good QC, MTs recently due to many reasons. I wonder if their CEO of Nuance really knows what is going on with their chain of chiefs, i.e. TSMs, COMs, Directors. That's the problem, too many chiefs, no communication whatsoever.

After suffering for over 2 years the advice I would give to any MT is:
Get out of Nuance as soon as you possibly can. Within a week after leaving, I had no more insomnia, headaches, stomach aches (which were almost debilitating). Psychologically and physically the derision a worker continually gets from Nuance results in physical illness and it is just not worth it for hardly more than minimum wage.

Hey everyone, I know what you are going through. I worked for MQ for a very long time . I was tired of not making a paycheck. Try Etransplus. I work for them now and they are the most wonderful people. It is straight typing, no voice recognition AT ALL!! You can make up to 9-1/2 cents a line and they are not picky about how long you work. The benefits are not as good but they do have some. Try them out. It was the best move I had ever made. ...

It's been so long since I've come across this that I don't remember how to do it. I just typed a letter with a cc, and now she added on an addendum. Where in the letter does it go? After the cc? Before the signature? Between the signature and cc? Also, she said the date of the addendum. Where does that go? I recall writing "ADDENDUM" in all caps before the addendum, but how would I write "Addendum of August 1, 2012"? TIA! ...
